We had kids in school growing up that were "off" or "different" but we never heard the word Autism in the south.
Back in my day, nobody ever heard of "Autism". Sure, we had classmates who were different or weird, but, we handled it by picking on them and bullying them until they were taken out of school and sent to a special school where they could get the help that they needed.
We didn't need no fancy "psychologist". We were self-sufficient and handled it ourselves.

I can't imagine that 70+ "vaccines" that any given kid must endure before kindergarten helps.
It's a wonder that human beings persisted and survived in a world where they didn't grab a newborn baby and jab them multiple times straight from the delivery room, what with the human immune system being so fragile.

The incidence rate of “profound autism” rose from 1.8 per thousand children in year 2002 to 4.6 per thousand children in 2016. That’s a 150%+ increase in just 14 years.
That’s from a 2023 paper of the journal Public Health Report by Hughes et al (Public Health Report is the official journal of the US Surgeon General)
