Is it just coincidence that this is starting to happen again leading up to 2020?

This reminds me of the summer of 2016 leading up to the election. This happened repeatedly and they all used it to tell us how racist America/Trump is
Fast forward to the summer of 2020 and here we are again.
Seems way too planned and coordinated to me. Here we go with America/Trump is racist again. Keep your guns close by this might be a long summer

The bigger coincidence is that this hits about 5-6 days after Biden massively pisses off Black people by taking their votes for granted.
