Actually seems like something that could be pulled off on the islands except for Oahu. Don't see how something like this would work in a city the size of Honolulu though. There is just too many people and necessary commerce flowing through.
They have to be draconian about it, and the 4 week standard seems arbitrary at best. But HI probably has the best chance of anyone to implement such a policy sucessfully.

Closing schools can be a good thing as it stops the indoctrination for awhile. This thought hasnt occurred to the leftists yet. They just think it hurts the evil orange man election chances so they are all for it.
