So sorry to waste your scholarly time.

And I basically agreed with the opinion you just posted if you took the time to read carefully.

I'll bet you do. The FHA is a federal organization. As such, it maintains national bases for decisions. Do you have information establishing that rationale for FHA lending on a national basis did not have to do with bottomline financials? If so post it.

Do not waste our time with a collection of anecdotes. I have my own negative personal experience with FHA. Anecdotes are all well and good. We all have them.

Let's confine this to statistics and facts, shall we.

In TBC, they refer to Sephartics. I'm probably misspelling it. Definitely not Semites since that would include Arabs. Arabs aren't very bright. And if you are an Arab don't be offended. I'm a Cajun and, in general, Cajuns are not very bright.

You are aware of the fact that Semites/Levantines are a subrace of the Caucasoid race, right? It's like the how the Celtic and Germanic races are sub-races within the Caucasoid race as well. Basically, they are not Indo-European, but still Caucasoids like the Turks and even the Ainu of Japan.

Anecdotes? What are you talking about? I linked you to an award-winning, heavily-footnoted bit of scholarship on the topic.

It's obvious your mind is closed on the topic, so I'll leave you to yourself.

The book chronicles her late father’s personal anecdotes regarding lending practices in Chicago a half-century ago. That is what I'm talking about.

Arguing with the facts concerning racism as fundamental to the founding and progression of this country won't go well for you. They're the antithesis of the ultra-liberal notion that everything we do runs through our racially discriminating faculties.

Just tip your cap.
oops, responded to the wrong post.
