There were 150 school children in the audience. That's not a safe place to be with the US missiles targeting.

That's not an accident. They want to claim the U.S. is bombing children. Remember Israel and Palestine? Where seemingly every death was a child, according to the free Palestine and Jtard "muh genocide" crowd.

Have we gotten any independent verification of this cardboard Supreme Leader?

All I can find is this Free Beacon article, which I don't particularly trust.

Iranian regime loyalists displayed a taped-together cardboard cutout of their new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, who was reportedly injured in recent strikes and has not been seen since his elevation.

The makeshift stand-in appeared at a pro-regime rally in Tehran, where organizers brought the life-size cutout of Khamenei onto the stage, according to Israeli journalist Amit Segal. Regime loyalists hailed and swore allegiance to the cutout, which appeared crudely assembled and held together by strips of tape, Segal reported.

IRGC says he's slightly injured. Rumor has it he's in a coma and on life support.
