Iowa GOP debate in peril with Nikki Haley noncommittal

The debate is particularly critical for DeSantis, who has predicted he will win the Iowa caucuses.

Well I will say this was just added. When the debate took place in Alabama the other day it was the last one scheduled before the Iowa caucus.
I don't know if there was always a plan to add one or if it was added late in the process without gaining a commitment from the participates.
I do not see a benefit.
Trump does not have to show up.
Haley has enough money and support to make it to South Carolina.
Haley and Vivek are not going to make it.
Desantis is the only one to benefit from even a solo debate with Haley.
Desantis should be done after Iowa.

I'll have to laugh if Haley big times Desantis too. If she comes out and says, "this is a two way race, debating Ron is a waste of time" that would be hilarious.
And, I hate Haley.
