This woman is deaf and non-verbal. If you have ever heard of the podcast the "Telepathy Tapes", you may want to check it out. We are learning that many of these non-verbal autists have some sort of ESP or Telepathy capabilities. These people are genius level savants. It's no surprise that DATA REPUBLICAN is one of these.
