Supposed to be statistical facts in here, not random manipulations of the facts that attempt to tell a story.

To expand on what I mean about that graphic, we can do the same calcs for asians/whites. Whites commit 44k violent offenses against asians, and asians commit 79k violent offenses against whites. That's 1.8X as many. Then when we adjust for the difference in population as in that graphic, we get a 10X difference so we end up with "asians commit 18X more violent assaults than whites do against asians". That's what happens when you "adjust" only one side of the data when you're dealing with dependent variables. You end up with a meaningless number. It is strictly meant to manipulate people.

Hoping the sky will fall again. November is a long way away. Manufactured crisis need to continue.

We need context about how hot the market normally is really. This could be normal. Could be abnormal.

One person died so all of us could live a better more meaningful life. His name was Jesus.

My "random manipulations" comment was about that graphic about black/white crime. See my edit above.

It's the only logical one, because as far as I know the data you requested is not available at this time.

But that's typical, logical does seem to mean "ridiculous" on this board.

First show me where I'm full of shite. Minneapolis doesn't stand out from other cities in this regard at all. Whether the number in Minneapolis today is much different than last year is data that is not readily available, and if it is it must be taken in the context of the year over year difference vs. other cities to account for the different economy.

The fact is your graphic is meaningless. It treats dependent variables as if they were independent. This produces an absurd and meaningless number, as should be evident by doing the same with asian/white crime as I did above.

I can only hope you are trolling at this point, because if you truly can't tell the difference between facts and the shite in that graphic, then I can't help you.

I am not wasting my time to look up the answer but pretty sure you do not need a time machine to look up something that happened in the past. Google would probably be sufficient. If he had asked what would the number be next year that answer may have made more sense.

Comp data would have to come from zillow because that's where the figure comes from.
