Yeah I don’t think the Founders ever intended impeachment to be used as this flippant mechanism just because a faction doesn’t like a person and the 1st Amendment-protected political views he supports, it’s for when people abuse their power, bribery, and treason against the country. Like Trey Gowdy labeled it, it’s the political death penalty essentially.

Please define how he is a criminal...and not just in your microscopic, deranged mind.

Yep, it wouldn't even be what it is now without that assistance.

But wouldn't that be what the investigation is for, to prove or disprove that?
There was a two year investigation by. Special Council which cost taxpayers 40 million and nothing came of it. Democrats have shown that they just want him out and cannot accept the will of the people. It’s evident by the different “things” they have tried to get Trump on. They can’t be taken seriously as a result.
Real investigations need to happen into Brennon, Clapper, Comey, etc. That is where potential crimes lay

OK, that's called the 2020 election.

I don’t know
How about one god damned shred of evidence after over 3 years of god damned bullshite?
Am I being too “delicate” when I expect that?

Same old song and dance...."We want YOU to prove you didn't do anything, Mr. Trump. Until then, we're presuming you did do something impeachable."

Extortion, violation of the Emoluments Clause, conspiring with a foreign government to influence the 2016 election, accepting something of value to a campaign from a foreign government...and that’s the tip of the iceberg.
That has to be a joke?

The problem is that we've got the Dems who have been out front with conclusions of impeachable (or worse) offenses, but those conclusions are based almost exclusively on just their beliefs and theories.
In other words, they're reverse-engineering an impeachment effort. That's not how it's supposed to work. There should be relatively significant evidence of the offense(s) from which to then build an investigation....as opposed to mere beliefs and theories that require the level of assumption and inference that is currently the case.
That^

The only crime I suggested is the graffiti on advertisements. I consider this justified civil disobedience- the public space belongs to everyone, don’t let tptb mar it with propaganda. Have you seen Sabo’s work?

I'm not asking for proof. I'm wondering what the charge is and the consequences of this supposed "abuse of power". Evidence comes after the specific charge is made.
Perhaps, and I know you think this is crazy talk, but perhaps this latest spate of investigations will fall flat just as the Mueller report did, and lead to no articles of impeachment. then Democrats will have their chickens come home to roost.
This is no slam dunk, nor should it be.

You know as well as I do that they will never quit. It's quite pathetic that certain people can't get over things that haven't happened.
