Had to look up a case from the Middle District of Florida and saw about 40 to 50 Habeas Corpus cases (appears they are all Alligator Alcatraz cases).
Apparently, the government has 6 months to move you out after they detain you. This is not being done and these people are being released.
Should be noted that, of all the opinions I looked at, the judge is Sheri Polster Chappell, an obama appointee.
I wonder how widespread this is.
