I agree that he is trolling people, and that's the sad part. This pathetic little man sees the office of President of The United States as providing him an opportunity to use the federal government as a venue to "troll". Trolling on your own time is fine. Using the government to do this is childish and pathetic.

I’d be interested to know what sort of trauma Trump experienced as a child that has caused him to mentally remain a child and have so many insecurities.
I will also edit to say that Nixon was a lot like Trump in that regard. Very insecure, and in private conversations was very childish and extremely foul mouthed.
