Everything from here until October 22nd by the Dems will be attempting to set up the narrative of an illegitimate court, so they can pack the court if Biden wins.

Yep.. and they are also trying to redefine the term court packing.
Court packing is now defined as filling open vacancies.
What we refer to as court packing (expanding the court) is now simply "depoliticizing"
