If They Are Illegal..They Are Criminals!

Some folks just don't get it. The criminals, and that's what they are if they're here illegally, have integrated our towns and villages. They have enjoyed all the benefits that we tax-paying citizens have to pay for out of our hard-earned money. Roads, public facilities, healthcare, schools, etc. Their children play sports with our kids and we get to know them and we develop relationships with them. Then when the hammer comes down from the authorities and it's time to pay the piper, we come to their defense and say "oh no, not them. They're a nice family...let them stay" How easily it is to forget that all of these people are criminals!!! No different than a bank robber living next door and we help them to hide.

Most illegals are guilty of little more than a civil violation. Equating them to bank robbers sounds a little crazy.
Plus they pay a lot of the same taxes you do.

You are the fricking moron because there is a virtually infinite number of people that want to crawl into this country and if the border is thrown wide open then they will level out just like water - we will be as shitty as anywhere else south of the border.

Not necessarily, I believe you have to have intent.
Children brought here illegally by their parents, in some cases probably against their will (in any case not by their own volition), can not be considered criminals.

If they are here illegally, they are by definition-criminals. And while you may see “ seeking a better life “ as some form of moral absolution for becoming a criminal, The Rule of Law disagrees . You forfeit your moral argument for citizenship when you enter the country illegally.

Separate argument. Thankfully our compassionate GEOTUS has given these DACA people a clear pathway to citizenship. Too bad Democrats would rather use them as a cultural/ political wedge issue than allow them a lawful way to citizenship. It will be on Democrats when they are deported under existing US law.

There is a difference. They are remaining in a criminal state. They did not just break a law by entering the country illegally. They are remaining in a state of criminality by remaining. Their very presence here is a crime. That’s a bit different than being a legal American citizen who “ broke any law ever “ and who is subject to American justice with no other country to return to. That’s a willful decision to continue to disregard the laws on a daily basis.
They should self- deport. Failing that, and failing any resolution with their status, they should be deported. And then they can live lawfully in their own countries. And legal immigrants can take their rightful spot at the front of the line. You know, like the law requires.

Doubtful
50% of Americans pay little to no income tax.
I seriously doubt their are many illegals aliens here are earning above that level.
