If there was another debate, here is my non partisan question

There has been a tremendous increase in the national debt during both the Trump and Biden/Harris administrations. The last 8 years saw some very unique, unable to plan for situations that do not need to be discussed for the purposes of answering this question. Do not play the blame game. In planning for the next 4 years, knowing that whoever wins will have to deal with a bi-partisan Congress, what are your plans to not increase but to reduce the debt?

It is one question that pretty much blames both parties and we want a solution that brings us together and not divide us any further. No bullshite, no blaming, unable to go back in time to change the past. Going forward what are you going to do?
