If we have the proof that Obama committed a crime, then it is OUR DUTY as Americans to see that justice is served.

If that was all I’d be in favor, but that is how you lose the center. It would be different if there was a smoking gun, but there isn’t. An indictment would be based on technicalities that most would see as frivolous.

We're talking real, actionable crimes for turning the full weight of the IC and DOJ against a presidential candidate and later POTUS in an effort to influence multiple elections and derail a duly-elected President.

Obama will have deniability. There will be nothing in writing, and no one will turn states-evidence against him. So they will convincingly turn public opinion against this, just as happened the last time this was tried against Trump.

Treason is either "levying war" against the United States or "aiding its enemies." While Obama might have undermined the democratic process, you can't point to an enemy he was helping.
What would be the actual criminal charge against Obama? I hope there is one...but it can't be for treason.
