Anyone else also find it hilarious that a guy who constantly preaches about other's work ethic spends most of the working day shitposting on a message board?
Maybe his port wouldn't be working at half capacity if the people who manage it actually got off their phone and did their job.

In my area the birthrate dropped coinciding with the increase of dual income households.

I find it funnier a guy whining about being replaced doing exactly the same.
No wonder you fear for your job.

Who's replacing me? Foreigners aren't allowed to do my job.

The Indian problem is peak managerialism. Neither capitalism or socialism.

I'm out of here in a month, going on a year leave.
They can replace me with anyone they choose, dont care.

It's interesting that there are more houses, a decided lack of rentals with correspondingly high rents, and yet the population is exactly the same as it was 50 years ago.

Seriously, why aren't you out there pounding the pavement finding warm bodies to increase your productivity?
Is the port content with working at 50% while its management plays on social media all day?

If your company is operating at 50% capacity due to lack of workers, why don't they post their entry level, no experience needed jobs on major job websites like indeed, ziprecruiter, linkedin etc?

He forgets we know he’s a former school teacher and tour guide. Real best and brightest.

Yes, and by former tour guide, you mean that he had to quit after getting burned out
I guess when he was talking about Americans being lazy he was speaking from his own experience.
