Wouldn't defunding the police, letting prisoners out of jail,legal abortion, allowing the country to be racially divided etc make perfect sense?
The devil is in the details. You have to ask yourself why would supposedly educated individuals make what seems to be irrational decisions?

The police are actively being defunded, the country is racially and ideologically divided, more so than ever, so whatever the globalists are doing, is unfortunately working.
