And I'm gald that you aren't admitted to a bar anywhere. Maybe the Florida bar. Possibly. Hopefully your career doesn't involve charging anyone for advice, or proper usage of common American/English legal terms. Yes, I realize per se is Latin.

Ask him about seasonal milk.

Watching you go out on a limb and proceed to saw it off yourself never gets old.

I know a lot of try hards in real life, but I'd love to meet Iowa. I'm not sure I've ever seen someone so obsessed with being thought important online.

Reading his posts about money are my favorite.

Good point, milk and dairy are certainly seasonal, especially in Wisconsin. But we've alrady had this discussion, and if I recall correctly, after things settled down, you admitted you were incorrect. You waited until later at night so no one could see it. But those links, they're forever.
We should next move to tarriff like policies, which I believe your friends on here argued didn't and don't exist. Until more recently, when they stipulate to this.
And then intellectual property, and first line products liability. And teir relationship to being a tariff like policy. Which you never did answer all these months later.
Maybe then move on to Trump not being a cloting manufacturer (per se), and the distributors (Wal Mart as an example) actaully driving the Chines e production.
Then we could move further along to your insight about polling, and how I would always talk about looking at the numbers inside the numbers, and suggest the leaner factor, which you denied, but does actaully exist, and is widely used in political polling. I think everyone saw who was correct there as well.
But hey, I don't have a Masters in statistics, so what could I possibly know?
I haven't even touched taxes, and taxes on a post card. Taxes on a post card, ther''s an arguement deeply rooted in reality and likliehood.

Let me go find some links sir. I'll be right back with your quotes.

Iowa Golfer and another Buckeye went around about it. He gets confused.

And this seasonal variation, while measurable, is minimal and essentially nonexistent in the state you brought up.
And then I posted three links validating my point, and then you disappeared.
I'll post them if you like. And I can also post your quotes where you attempted to twist and change my original statement. But it doesn't matter, all you need to do is use USDA and academic sources and they almost invarably agree, milk and dairy are most certainly seasonal. And the futures' market agrees with me historiacally as well.
Should we move on to another topic now?

No. This one is just fine. Post it up.

What is the definition of defamation per se? Is it different than what I originally posted in this thread? Are false sexual allegations not one of the four broad general exceptions to having to prove damages? In almost every state?
Instead of being a jerk off, why don't you explain in your legal expertise where exactly I'm incorrect.
I'll wait while you conduct a quick Google search.

What's going on up here. Iowa and the baws still incredulous about Russians/Trump?
Posted on 1/10/17 at 9:01 pm to DisplacedBuckeye
Yes, my mistyping of a word certanly proves your point. Except milk and dairy are certainly seasonal. And you'd still be incorrect. But outside of these two facts, you win.

Post what you have. Let's get into this.

LINK /
Here is the link from the USDA. I posted this after you took production statistics and cherry picked them. Masters in statistics and all of that.
New topic, or should we keep going?
