IAAF claims Semenya a man....

From Fox.....
This one has been going on for a while. The governing body stated that to compete she/he has to take testosterone reducing drugs, when she/he did, she stopped winning.
If you listen to NPR she came from poor Africa, is dominating her races, took tests and is not taking steroids she just has an abnormally high level of testosterone.
The rest of the story, look at she/he in photos on the track. Her jaw, cheekbones and throat are a man, her arms and legs look like a man. And oh, the reason for the high level of hormones she/he has a Y chromosome....which makes she/he.....A MAN.
Had she/he been born in a developed nation, the doctor would have taken one look at her/his genitals, done an Xray and seen his nuts did not drop, do a simple operation and he would have been raised as what he is a man.

The governing body of track argued in court that Olympic champion Caster Semenya is "biologically male" and that is the reason she should reduce her natural testosterone to be allowed to compete in female competitions, according to documents released publicly for the first time on Tuesday and which provide new insight into a bitter legal battle.
The documents released by sport's highest court show that Semenya responded by telling the judges that being described as biologically male "hurts more than I can put in words." The 28-year-old South African runner said she was unable to express how insulted she felt at the IAAF "telling me that I am not a woman."

Leave it to the commies/libs to not be able to determine gender.

If we embrace this kind of nonsense, what's to stop a 16 year old from saying they're 21 because they fell like they are then buying a bottle of booze?

She's an XY female. Genetic anomaly.
One of the best examples of Clown World is that Caster Semenya is considered a man and a dude in a wig and dress is allowed to say he's a woman.

considered a man
Biologically is a man and its testosterone levels are too high to compete as a female... All IT has to do is take medication to reduce its testosterone levels and there would be no argument...
The problem is, IT doesn't win when IT reduces its testosterone levels...

I feel for Semenya. The decision was made by the doctors/parents at birth. She is just playing the cards she was dealt.

Ok....I have a solution. Let's do away with men and women's sports. No longer classify them based on man/woman. Instead, let's have a "born with penis" class (Can call it the PP class), and a "born without penis" class (Call it the No PP class). Then everybody can compete in their class, and perceived gender doesn't matter. ...Next up, the PP 400 relay...followed by the No PP 200.

Why should the female players in the game be punished because of her personal problems?

This is true. Not a choice she made and certainly impacts her life in and out of competition. However, her biological makeup produces testosterone levels of the male gender. Her own biology is the issue, not everyone else.
Maybe we should just eliminate male/female sports and have sports based on testosterone levels. Uni-sex sports that matches biological ability. Even fem-boys could compete then.
