Now you're getting into opinion. Joking and laughing and cutting up with a teammate is disrespectful. Standing silently with head bowed and fist raised, some...not me...would argue is not disrespectful. John Carlos and Tommie Smith today are revered by many as civil rights icons for doing exactly that. No one should hold their breath waiting for Goodell to fine players or teams over that.
