I think the point is that Biden didnt know that someone was using his signature to sign things. That is exactly what happens in a banana republic.
At least most of the stuff Trump has signed has been in front of cameras while he is taking questions from the media.

Just so we’re clear, you’re saying you’re good with the President’s signature being forged on pardons while he’s in another state playing golf?
Or, more than likely, these requests are staffed to him, he reviews and approves them, and they are signed later.
That’s not forgery. That’s how organizations work.
