They use women and try to use "passive aggressive" physical techniques that they think make them untouchable. She has her back to him but is leaning into him while having her arms out so she knows what way to move to restrict his movement. Makes no difference in the end if she is facing him or not, the action is the same. She is aggressively restraining his movement.
Just like they approach en mass with their hands up, feigning they are harmless and untouchable, while using the mob to intimidate and threaten. Between these moves and some mental defect, they think they can assault anyone with zero repercussions.

Assault charge for the woman.
Assault charge for the shooter (for when he pushed the woman to the ground).
Skateboard guy, celestial dirt nap forever. It sucks. It does. He'll never get the chance to make amends on this earth but you get what you get when you assault someone with a knife and swinging a skateboard at someone's head.
Shooter goes free. Will get to keep his gun. As it should be. I wouldn't like it on my conscience but probably he's ok with it. He did nothing illegal.
As someone pointed out, good clean shot.
