Someone needs to ask the Judge if he received any communication prior to him going to the courthouse 730am about the lawsuits being filed.

Find out who he spoke with about the case , File a FOIA for all of his Govt. communication records phone, text, email fax etc.

What are the laws, & rules for Judges with regards to communication & cases.

Written like e-filing is new in federal courts CM/ECF has been around for like 20 years.
