I don't think everyone arrested needs to be treated inhumanely.
Jay walking, littering, praying outside and abortion clinic and not wearing a mask are all crimes worthy of this treatment oh conservative one?

For starters, jail =\= prison. There’s tons of people who have gone to jail that were innocent. Even more people who did something stupid when young and dumb only to have never dealt with the police again.
