I believe the purchase of Javelin missiles for Ukraine pissed off the deep state.

It's my understanding that over the spring/summer President Trump was seriously reconsidering holding back aid to Ukraine not because he wanted a QPQ but he felt like aid to Ukraine was going to a swamp shush fund. He was seriously considering sending that money back to the U.S. Treasury. The executive has the authority to hold or not give aid money to countries it deems not necessary or appropriate. Congress gave the Executive that authority under foreign aid appropriations.
Here's the kicker, after the Politico article (I think it was in August) Trump released the aid to Ukraine. However when he released it he allocated the money to purchase Javelin missiles from Raytheon before Vindman and Taylor could get their dirty hands on the money. In other words Trump spent the money before the swamp could spend it.
They are pissed.

There are different motivations to fight Trump. The swamp in Ukraine wants their money. Schiff is using that motivation in congress to impeach.

First they were pissed about the treat of losing aid. IMO now they are pissed about not having the ability to spend the aid as they please. In this case Raytheon received the lion's share of Ukrainian aid. The rest were left out.

I truly believe that everytime money goes out to a foreign country someone stateside is getting a kickback. When the haiti earthquakes hit it was the clinton foundation.

You hit the nail on the head. The Swamp wants Trump dead because Trump is de-railing The Swamp's Trillion Dollar Gravy Train that allows Swampers to amass such vast wealth that even their Great Grandchildren will be rich and influential.
Trump is snatching from Swampers generational wealth, power and influence, and with that, even pussy. A Swampers loser son can't date Supermodels unless he's very wealthy, and Trump is taking away that Supermodel pussy.
It all boils down to money, power and sex doesn't it? Men will KILL for money, power and sex. Trump threatens The Swamp's access to ALL three of those things, and, for that crime, they want him dead.
