That's only part of the story.
Changing demographics will ensure that Democrats win statewide races that Republicans captured in 2014 and 2016.
Look at the Senate race in Florida, for instance, for a harbinger of future elections. An influx of Puerto Ricans into that state will guarantee Democrats will win that State, in perpetuity. That fact alone will guarantee Trump can't be relected in 2020.
