fox is fully owned and operated by the left

this is a cash payment to hunter from the DNC cabal that make sure everyone stays paid.

fox settles out of court, just like with tucker

im sure they have a predetermined amount hunter wants

Now that's an interesting take on it. Fox paid once so why not again.

Fox will not settle. What have they done wrong?

Let's see if they try the old "We are bigger than you' position.
Disney changed their tactic when they found we were big enough to buy them for cash on hand .......

Fox should swing the same stick .....Hunter is not big enough to take Fox on. ..

It's not possible to defame Hunter Biden. He made himself into a POS all on his own.

MTG has sovereign immunity of sorts so long as she did it as a member of Congress in an official Congressional committee, etc.

Waters and Hannity become fair game for this suit although I think Biden does not have that good of a case. He does have tax issues, he is under indictment on weapons charges he did do everything that the Fox Guys allege. It's unseemly everybody's obsession with him thinking that they can get to Joe by turning up the heat on Hunter, though.

Geragos is a savvy lawyer and a publicity hound but not a stupid guy. If he is taking on this case, he has an angle he thinks could be effective.

If at a bare minimum it removes Hannity fro the TV, all the better. He annoys a lot of people.

The case is probably going to hinge on whether Hunter is a public figure.

It could be argued that Hunter is a public figure because of his relationship with his dad as President and by him injecting himself in White House appearances and living at the White House.

They'll roll over and sell out, just like they did for Dominion. Of course, a few months later all the issues with Dominion's vulnerabilities came.out.

That is my thought on it as well. How do you defame someone who's gone to those kind of lengths to defame himself?

Truth is an affirmative defense to defamation. You can say every negative thing about someone you want as long as you can back it up with some evidence. And if you're a "public figure" you don't even have to do that.
