The fact that the judge pointed out immunity from future charges if plea deal was excepted is excellent. This tells me that prosecution was willing to let Hunter skate. I cannot believe democrat judge came through

Exactly. Sounds like the DOJ agreed on future immunity until questioned by the judge. Then they had to scramble and change their story, and the defense said wait a second, this is not what we agreed to.
