As a young lawyer years ago and being appointed on some of these cases what would frequently get them busted was photos they had.
Relive the moment.
Someone, girlfriend, wife finds the photos and calls the cops.
They deserve punishment just for them. Something medieval.
And if anyone says they can be rehabilitated, bullshite. Not talking about the 17 year old with a 15 year old girlfriend. They know it is against the law but have no concept it is morally wrong.
