No, the deal was not a secret. All of the money that was laundered and made it into Bill and Hillary's pocket is the problem.
They left the White House "Dead Broke". Now 16 years later... having only worked for the U.S. government and Bill gave speeches.... they have a personal net worth over a quarter billion. Not bad for a couple of politicians.

Up to 25% produced was sent to Europe thru Canada.
It was not sent to Russia. Why would Russia even want our uranium when the US imports around 15% of our uranium from Russia.
The agreements of the deal seem to be a little fishy, but what does Russia have to do with the uranium deal and give Putin any type of leverage?

What point? I am agreeing it was sent out of the country, but how does this give Putin levarage? That is what the thread is about. Not about if and where it was sent, but the levarage it gave Putin over HRC and the Obama admin.
