As often happens, those "rights" are at odds with other God-given rights, and none of them are absolute. A balance must be struck. I have a right to my guns and my earnings, and for my vote to be heard, and those rights trump any supposed right to vote without identification, vote on the wrong day, be handed snacks by political operatives while voting, etc.
