What is a corporation a group of? I can pool money with some friends to buy a billboard based solely on what we call our group?
A corporation gives you certain legal and tax statuses that "group of Flats friends" does not enjoy.
Also a corporation generally exists to make money off the sale of a good or service, not to buy political billboards.

Non-profits buy billboards all the time. Are you going to prohibit Fred’s Gun Store from donating to a non-profit?
You can say “corporation” over and over but I don’t see a good way, legality aside, to draw this line. Nor have I ever seen anybody else propose a good way.

There's no one left in the state that's worth a damn. It's clowns all the way down.

Most of the time - when choices actually exist - most Louisiana residents vote for the worst candidate. Why bother?
