First of all these people need to respect the gun free zone signs. We may need to make them bigger and brighter, add braille on them, and a loud speaker for the hearing impaired

The second amendment is the only thing that matters in the United States. Individuals do not matter only the right of the individual to keep and bear arms. Any idea contrary to this is an attack on the second amendment that will not be acceptable to 10-15% of the nation and we are all that matters because we are the only people who truly love the United States.

How on earth did you make the leap from my calling for the arming of every man, woman and child in the US without regard to their criminal background or mental stability as a commie attempt to collect all the guns in the US??? Good lord man get a grip....I am suggesting eliminating any and all restrictions on keeping and bearing firearms, not rounding those in existence today up. It is merely a modest proposal I am making...arm everyone....

Sure gruesome consequences could put a dent in it.
France had one of the lowest crime rates among western countries until they got rid of the guillotine in 1960.
But since we're not ever going to go to that, not very much is going to change since the entire approach to mental dysfunction is flawed.
If we'd just cast off the Leftist approach to ignoring the obvious because it might categorize someone and make them feel uncomfortable and discriminated against.
Once again, we've got a school shooting that the perpetrator gave society more than enough advance notice of her/his problems, but, again, was ignored.
Psychopaths reveal their deep-seated issues like a neon sign, oft going all the back to their childhoods.
It's a deadly approach to rationalize and hope that "maybe he/she will grow out of it."
The ACLU started it with its ill-advised suit that basically emptied the mental institutions because in their estimation it put undue attention on the mentally ill, therefore discriminatory.
This lethal approach just went on from there.
Why these atrocities are going to continue.
So just go after the guns.
