Meaux, you are correct sir, this is much more common. As well as the myriad of projects where we "build" stuff in the 3rd world that is never finished.

One of my favorites.
Slick willie gave a speech at a garden party with a couple 100 women in England for close to 500K.
The Grand Pitons in St. Lucia are designated by the UN as a World Heritage Site....until Bill gives the speech. Then the UN removes the designation, some developer starts building condos....and he is the guy who gave the money to the garden party...who gave it to Bill.
The largest giver to the UN, the |US, who controls the decisions at the UN on behalf of the US, the sec of state, and who was sec of state at that time?
