One time there was a BLM rally at a parking lot that was on my drive home so I had to take a different route. Added about 10 minutes to my commute.

Now consider this scenario:

Your mom was raped and robbed and is on life support at the local hospital. Ol boy TopFlightSecurity needs to visit her before she passes, except he can’t because when he got in his car to go see her, the freeway was blocked with protestors in 5 o’clock traffic. All of the side roads are congested with other people also trying to get to where they need to go.

You (finally) arrive at the hospital at 9pm and are told your mom passed away at 7pm.

How happy would you be on a scale of 1-10?

Although I agree with your sentiment that life is still good (at the moment) for the common American. There is a definite groundswell of action based in ignorance, delusion, and hate.

Expansion of the victim mentality. Increase in assaults based on skin color. Increased assaults both verbally and physically from drone-like NPCs against anyone who thinks alternately. Destruction of support for law and order in many communities throughout the nation.

It is expanding throughout the minds of the many, and one by one it’s affecting good people throughout the nation. The expansion needs to be extinguished.

Zero impact on my life and I communicate with people all of the country daily. Not a single person I talk with has had any impact.

The impact has been the shutdowns that happened, but the looting, racing baiting BS that is failing, and virtue signaling by people who are doing it for PR purposes (notice they are not giving up anything in their life for a black person) has had zero impact for anyone I talk to.

you’re claiming to be the silent majority but Republicans have lost the popular vote in 6 of the past 7 elections. Barack Obama has the highest vote tallies in history

6 of the last 7 Presidential elections. You’re cherry picking stats and the Dems know they have to win electoral votes. Hillary’s surplus votes came from literally three counties: Los Angeles, Cook, and New York. Not exactly reflective of a country that spans an entire continent.

Obama became the first President since Wilson to win a second term with fewer popular votes and fewer electoral votes.

In 2008, the Dems had all three houses of Congress and a fair share of governorships and state houses. During his term, the Dems lost over 1000 seats in Congress, the Senate, and state houses nationwide. By 2016, they were decimated, controlling fewer seats across the country than they had in almost a century.

Main effect has been clogging up my work email with stupid virtue signaling from all levels.

The good news it’s spurned on the desire to find something else

People in real life- black or white, left or right- are WAY more rational than the online groupthink

Honestly this state of affairs has been a great boon to me.

Covid helped me lock in an insanely low interest rate for a gigantic house. Thanks to that, In a few years i will be able to buy a nice vacation home.

People dying left and right and hospitals led to me making a ton of money working at the hospital.

I went into a quarantine state with a liberal governor and no one ever asked me to Quarantine or even took down my information I ate out pretty much every day in the food was awesome.

I was able to invest in the down turn and have already made surprising amounts of money. I'm the type of unlucky who buys high and sells low sell the reversal has been very nice indeed.

The protests have allowed me to buy as many guns as I feel like and my wife is getting into it in a big way. She has even gone shooting and fishing with me and had a blast. we are frankly closer than ever.

No BS, This has been a banner year for me. I hope trump wins and the liberals go full meltdown, and burn it all down, because my life has only improved the crazier they have gotten. KEEP ON COMING 2020.

Mostly true but there have been people that slacked on projects at work and then blamed it on the things going on.

I find it insane they got away with it considering where they work they have nothing other than a surface level connection to anything that has gone on. None of these employees have a criminal record so they didn’t have much chance of ever being George Floyd or Brooks.

In October, my mom was targeted and raped by a black man.

I personally think it's because of all the media pumping white people are bad.

Then 2 weeks ago, multiple arsonists set fires on the hill by my house in San Jose. The police have not released motive or who it was.

well, we used to view war going on in other continenents

it's time to wake up my friend...the internet is trying to communicate to you that your "real life" is being changed as you sit at starbucks laughing at these fools...

the problem is the Democrat leaders are bending the knee to this mob...

Christopher Columbus is being taken down in Columbus Ohio

our country is in trouble if we dont' fight back

the question is, what is the best form of fighting back?

civil unrest appears to be included in this fight back

because they are already started without us

False.
A lot of people are suffering right now. If not due to riots and protests, due to our economy being crippled by covid19. It's been really hard on a lot of small business owners especially. Sole proprietors.

But, you have to take into account all they did for race relations and minorities in particular, as well as the unemployment rate for blacks.

Stupid argument. Most people getting unemployment right now are getting more into their checking account than prior to COVID. Sure some businesses shutdown, but even in my city it was only 60 percent of independent restaurants that closed their doors and that isn't very many since most are already national chains.
