Why is important that you or any other citizen kill a narrative? Trump can kill the narrative by being the president that gets done what he says he'll do. That's the great thing about this. If he's as good as he says he is, we have more jobs, we have less violence in the streets, and we get a healthcare plan that works for everyone, he will be lauded for it. It's pretty simple the way I see it.

As corny as this sounds, you have to address them one-on-one at times.
Ironically, you can relate the perception issues loosely to Muslim issues. They get a ton of flak for not calling out their radical sect, and the Republican party, albeit on a much smaller level, has similar issues. So too does the Democratic party, FWIW, but the issue with those you're referencing is on the right.

You don't have to. People aren't listening to the media anymore, otherwise Trump would have lost.
I'm really proud voters saw through the media BS, I didn't think it was possible.

I don't think you can. If DJT does what he said he would do, there will be changes that will make a lot of his haters very angry, such as cutting down on fraud in and reliance on welfare programs. He'll be accused of doing it because he hates black people and the Jesse Jacksons of this world will pick up the banner and run with it.

This is the problem. The media will continue to spew whatever subtle spin they want to. I recently saw since the election that a WikiLeaks email dump showed that 65 major media reporters were clandestinely invited to participate in the Clinton campaign back in April 2015. The election facts to your point showed that Trump actually got slightly less white vote than did Mitt Romney. The election was lost for Hillary because Black and Hispanics did not go to the polls like they did for Barack.
I am sure Van Jones will take your message of the false narrative and run with it...
