Mexican coke distributors should be deported, despite any record of having been thrown out of the military.

How can you enlist in the army as an illegal immigrant?

You can't. The guy was here legally but not naturalized. One of those convenient facts the bleeding hearts seem to leave out.

Well, presumably, that service requires actually serving honorably, not being a shitbag and getting a goddamn GD.

Yeah, General Discharge might sound pretty neutral but you almost have to try to get anything less than an honorable.

All sorts of outrage in here but people have no idea what sorts of legal injustice the military heaps on its troops all the time - to inclue the natural born Americans.

You guys should start looking at the shite DoD pulls to discharge people through administrative means, especially when there's a draw down. People have their careers ended and reputations ruined without any sort of justification. If you think McCabe and the gang are shady, you should see what the .mil folks do to their own kind, with regard to evidence, adjudication, etc.

frick this Perez guy - selling 2lbs of coke is not PTSD.

Look at real injustice done to troops, especially through the administrative system, and then join the discussion. But this Perez case isn't really noteworthy.
