But I thought Dems were against giving tax breaks to the top 1%. It couldn't be because the job producers are fleeing high tax states NY and CA

The House’s top tax writer said on September 10 that Democrats will soon hold a full throttle discussion on changes to the $10,000 cap on the state and local tax (SALT) deduction. The $10,000 limit was placed on the federal deduction for state and local taxes by Republicans’ Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) (P.L. 115-97 ) enacted in 2017. Democrats have largely voiced criticism of the SALT cap ever since.

Rich dems are the lifeline to fund the dem political machine Having them pay for dem policies is vital. SALT makes them pay and expose them as frauds for wanting to get it removed since it only effects the rich, frick rich liberals

full throttle discussion
Gotta give it to the Dems and their use of cunning language.
What do you think this means?
I picture a lot of shouting, posturing, quoting of manipulated data, ad hominem attacks, illicit pressure and blackmail, backroom dealing, vilification of opponents, repetition of talking points by the media and entertainment complex, etc.
In fact, Dems ANNOUNCING that they WILL hold full throttle discussions on a topic is the de facto “call to arms” for their mindless minions to get on topic.
I don’t think there will be any “discussion” at all.

This is where Trump and McConnell tell Nancy:
We'll discuss revising SALT, but you will do the following first:
Hold a vote on USMCA.
Hold a vote on this immigration reform package without amendment (handing it to her).
