Of course. I'm surprised they limited it to the DACA bunch.
Even if HHS wasn't a bunch of swampy leftists in on encouraging border jumping to change the electoral map.. they're still a gov agency and have to get as many recipients under their umbrella as possible to justify budget increases.
The bureaucratic state sucks. It only grows, it doesn't know how to do anything else.
