No, any person with a modicum of sense knows that Comey’s rationalization is bullshite.

You're really willing to die on this hill? I don't even watch shows like that, and I've known FOREVER THAT "86" was code for killing someone.

You virtue-signaling woke-joke left-wing dudes are making complete fools out of yourselves on this.

To 86 is to...
End it
Cut it out
Stop it
Kill it
Reverse it
Mute it

You use it about negotiations, bills, appointments etc.
But 86 47 is plain as day.

It is. Bottom-line, a disgraced former FBI Director sent out a tweet encouraging somebody to assassinate the President. The people defending him are pathetic and should be ashamed of themselves.

Lol, Beau David Duke over here.

Always wrong.

quote:

The term "86" in "The Sopranos" and related Mafia contexts generally refers to being killed

I said the phrasing wrong earlier. It's called admitting a mistake. Something you could never do.

The phrasing is 8 miles out and 6 feet under.

As in eight miles out of town and six feet in the ground.

Los of use of 86 in the sopranos.

quote:

The Sopranos contains multiple references to events, people, or cultural moments from 1986, and fans have noted that 1986 seems to be a subtly recurring year in the series—possibly reinforcing the symbolic importance of the number 86, especially since the show ends with episode 86.

Dude, it doesn't matter whether or nit it was said on a fictional TV show. The term "86" is well known for what it means. The fact that you're in denial about only serves as one more indication of what you're all about.

I could at least credit you for being honest if you would simply tell the truth. You HATE President Trump and probably wish that somebody would kill him.

God damn, you’re dumb.

He totally knew what he was doing. He totally knew it would cause this reaction amongst you.

Still not a crime

In YOUR opinion.... that traitorous scumbag Marxist knew exactly what it meant and he's a fricking liar. To believe that he didn't know is even worse, considering he's a former FBI Director!

Why don't you call up David Chase and ask him.

I'm not about to scour 86 episodes for you.

yes. to remove something from a restaurant menu
if trump called someone a fig**t, you'd be lecturing us on how calling someone a bundle of sticks was a well known insult
just stop, you're embarrassing yourself

The phrase "eight miles out and six feet under" is often used in the HBO series "The Sopranos" to depict the realities of organized crime and the consequences of violence. The show features characters like Tony Soprano, who is involved in mob activities and often deals with the disposal of bodies.

I’m not about to rewatch the series and pick out episodes for you.

But keep doubling down.

But Trump didn’t say this.

Comey posted to 86 47.

Which means to kill Trump.
