Are you one of those people who thinks they know what HIPAA covers but really has no idea?
Government can do whatever, gets tricky with employment.
Like say I work around food, it's my duty to tell my supervisor I have symptoms of food born illness and should go home. But they can't really ask you shite other than if you can lift 50 lbs.

You mean like shot records you need to register a kid for school?
43 states allow vaccine waivers. That will apply to the bullshite coronavirus, too, right? Probably not since the simpletons have been brainwashed to believe that covid is the second coming of the black death and the assholes in power are simply using it to grab more power.

HIPAA does not apply to you and it never will. HIPAA has to do with medical professionals and others

If the guvment forces you to disclose medical history for no lawful reason then it’s a violation.
I agree with the sentiment, I haven’t gotten the vax, don’t wear a mask and neither does most everybody else in my area. As it relates to HIPAA, if you showed your records to receive access their is no violation of privacy law. You would be choosing to disclose that information. HIPAA applies to someone in healthcare providing health related info about an identifiable person to a third party without the consent of the individual. You providing that info willingly is not a HIPAA violation. Worked in health care administration for over a decade and was constantly being trained on HIPAA and PII, providing proof of vaccination violates neither
