Age is also a social construct. Not all people age at the same rate, some lag behind, some jump ahead.

What did I say that was wrong?
"Gender" is characterized by 2 sexes. Biologically, that's all there is : 2 sexes. You can have an infinite number of "genders", based on matching, mixing, or missing traits from each sex. So what?
That's why we can't discuss healthcare based on "gender". It's a feeling, a construct of psyche and emotion.
