Have the delivered the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate yet?

If it was such a national security issue and treason, why were the Articles not delivered immediately? This scam, just like the last one will just destroy our country unity. I am just amazed how lightly and how quick everyone is to rush to judgment in our country now, yet defend their side tooth and nail, even if facts play out differently.
