Andrew Jackson, he fired multiple VP's and Secretaries of State and even had a dual with one of each.

Explain your serious question. Define chaotic and why you think this administration fits that description.

Winning the war in rolling back the leftist agenda sometimes entails chaos.

How many Secretaries of Defense did the Obama Administration go through after Robert Gates left again?

I'll hang up and listen.

Reagon had 12 members of his cabinet 2 years or less, Clinton had 8 members of his cabinet two years or less, Lincolin had 7 members oh his cabinet two years or less, Eisenhower had 6 two years or less, So Trump has a ways to go to keep up.
