All 5 judges have ruled against him so far. He will have to appeal to get a favorable ruling. Where is Jeff Sessions?

You realize this is exactly what the constitution was designed to do and have check and balances.

never in history

States have standing to bring suit regarding an action the would create a positive burden on TEXAS as well as a number of other states. That positive burden being a huge influx of illegals TEXAS has to pay for.

In the current matter, letting in potential terrorists without vetting UNQUESTIONABLY outweighs the passive, potential burden on Washington or Minnesota.

The injunction today is WHOLLY unjustified. If ANYTHING, the Court should have enjoined issuance of visas until a hearing could be held. The irreparable harm for which the would be ZERO adequate remedy at law falls squarely on us in the form of exposure to violence and death.

I would REALLY love to see the evidence WA and MN presented to this Seattle judge. I can't imagine it involved the potential for serious bodily injury or death to many American citizens.

In two weeks, the FLOODGATE of sheep fricking terrorists that are allowed to come in without proper vetting is like squeezing the toothpaste out of the tube. And, the potential for THOUSANDS of our citizens to be victims of terrorist attacks because of this two-week window is unquestionably a greater potential for irreparable harm than making people from 7 out of HUNDREDS of nations worldwide wait two weeks to enter the US until a hearing can be held.

Anyone who finds this temporary injunction appropriate is either a buttfricking democrat or has no understanding of the proper grounds for injuctive relief.

Terrible decision. This idiot has no business sitting on the bench.

I have know MANY U.S. District Court REPUBLICAN CONSERVATIVE appointees who make SHITTY, INCOMPREHENSIBLE decisions.

These jackasses don't have to worry about making good decisions. They can be total hacks and we can't do a GODDAMN THING about it.
