That’s probably the most valuable information they needed to understand why they cannot maintain their standard of customer service when hiring people from that neighborhood.
Franchise owner will just have to take a loss, and build on his lessons elsewhere. Corporate also needs to take a lesson when attempting to feed food deserts to enhance their social credit score.

Did you see anyone go in thru that mob? You think the white people in NY are going to drive up there to support that restaurant? If you’re a business and you’re going to be in that location you have to learn how to exist there. Going out of business isn’t the goal.
