I was only 8 years old but I saw Hank play in the Astrodome in the mid 70's. We were seated in the outfield close to his position.

Still not seeing the evidence. You and I agree there are bitter angry blacks out there who will see offenses which are utterly imaginary, or blame people today for the sins of those who have passed years, decades, even centuries ago.

To say there are 'racist' in the work place ... yeah, and ? It's a far cry from seeing a parade of white robes and hoods marching down the streets of Washington D.C., as did happen, back in the 30's. We can't change that, but nor should we hold those born decades after all that accountable.

Hank Aaron remembered what he endured, how could he not? But unlike John Lewis, I don't see the bitterness with Hank Aaron.
