Where does most of the cop mistakes occur?

I agree justice has been turned on its ear in this country.
Here in Tennessee there is a POS awaiting execution scheduled for tonight. For weeks we have been beaten with the false narrative that execution is too painful.
About thirty years ago this POS raped and killed a seven year old girl. He raped and sodomized her then suffocated her. Then he called her Dad, who he knew, and told him he couldn't get the girl to wake up.
Thirty years the family had to live with this and all the snowflakes are concerned the poor guy is going to suffer pain.
