CAPEX, you can tackle both, but tackling gun violence shouldn't be done by taking guns from law abiding citizens or infringing on the 2nd Amend.

The US is still safer than Mexico in regards to gun deaths. 3 times as many people died in Mexico from guns than the US. Of course, most all of that is from the cartels and in mostly 8-10 Mexican states.
