Taxes man! Taxes! And we must act quickly. 380 days... It's an international crisis. And I can guarantee of we pass enough taxes by December... We will avert this crisis and defeat this looming tragedy. Guaranteed!

Can we have extra taxes on the rich? But only certain rich people. And then maybe we can have goldman Sachs actually collect a fee on the taxes to make sure they're being traded properly.

We gotta act fast.

%%To be honest, I'll bet you could get this trending on facebook and get people to support taxation.

I confess I find your venom very misplaced. Are you an anarcho-capitalist?
he will not answer and will hide behind misdirection. He will only pose questions & try to look smart.

He caught me using a term he knew was racist and I did not & thus thinks he "has one over on me."

He may actually think he's smart about his positions.

Yes, I know what you mean. Just having some fun.

Look, I don't purport to be any more a prognosticator than anyone else. Hell, in that regard, our best and finest can't predict what next summer will be like, much less the summers 10, 15, 20 yrs in the future.
That's the problem.

In finance, where prognostication involves putting money where the mouth is, we gather as much information as is possible. Incorrect conclusions are costly. For completeness, we review both fundamental and technical analysis. Fundamentals address a security's intrinsic value. Technical analysis instead uses charts and other tools to identify patterns that can suggest future activity. Each is helpful.

Similarly, in addressing the long term climate we have intrinsic measures and predictive "charts" available. The "charts" indicate we are at an interglacial climatic maximum.

So, based on information at hand, what is likely to happen in the future?
